Dave tells the magazine he played drums on the track and also recruited a dance troupe for a video that he will leak on MySpace. He says that "we" recorded it, but the fact that he played drums suggests the recording is not a Dave Matthews Band effort but a solo one. Dave and Tim Reynolds perform "Eh Hee" on their Live at Radio City CD and DVD that come out Aug. 14.
In the interview, Dave also talks about the lack of progress on the new DMB album -- "let's not try and take a shit when we haven't got any crap inside us" -- as well as living in Seattle and playing at Live Earth.
