Sex assault reported at Dave Matthews Band show

Police in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. are investigating a reported sexual assault that happened at Tuesday night's Dave Matthews Band show at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), according to the Times Union.

WTEN in Albany is reporting that state police said the assault happened in the woods outside the venue, just a few hundred feet from the ticket booth.

The suspect is described as between 18 and 20 years old, 5-foot-6 with spiky blond hair. He told friends of his accuser, a 15-year-old girl, that his name is Sean, police said.
