Dave Matthews Band holds college campus contest
Dave Matthews Band and AT&T; are holding a contest to determine which college campus will host a free DMB concert in November.
Here’s how the contest works: People “invite” DMB to their school by either sending a text message or visiting the AT&T; Blue Room site. On Oct. 15, the school that has sent the most invitations — relative to its enrollment — wins the concert. Iowa State is winning so far.
There’s also a contest within the contest. The people who send the most creative invitations — either through essays, photos, audio or video — will win a flight for two and VIP tickets to the concert.
