Report: Dave Matthews Band tour to continue
The Dave Matthews Band tour will apparently continue following LeRoi Moore’s death.
DMB played what was by all accounts an emotional concert last night in Los Angeles, just hours after LeRoi passed away, and will finish off the two-night stand at the Staples Center tonight. Today, KCRA in Sacramento, Calif. reported that DMB will also play its scheduled show Monday in West Sacramento, Calif.
You’d have to imagine that the Saturday show in Phoenix, as well as the seven final shows of the tour after West Sacramento, will also take place as planned, although there has been no official confirmation from the band. It’s possible one or more shows could be canceled if they conflict with any services planned for LeRoi, to allow the band and crew to attend.
