Dave Matthews Band at Fenway Park rumored

Dave Matthews Band played Fenway Park in Boston in 2006 and may be returning in 2009.
The Boston Globe reported today that DMB “is indeed on board to play a couple of shows at the ballpark,” although no dates are set. The band played Fenway Park on July 7 and July 8, 2006 and released a recording of the shows as Live Trax Vol. 6.
DMB would become the first band to play Fenway Park in two different years since the stadium began hosting annual summer concerts in 2003. Other headliners have included Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, the Rolling Stones, Jimmy Buffett, the Police and Neil Diamond.
