A man named Dave Matthews was arrested at the Dave Matthews Band concert Saturday in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

Police arrested David Matthews, 20, of Cohoes, N.Y. on a sexual abuse charge after the show at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), according to the Albany Times-Union. A 20-year-old woman said she was the victim of sexual abuse and led police to Matthews early Sunday morning, the newspaper said.

His arrest was one of 34 that happened at DMB’s two shows at SPAC this year.

At the 2007 SPAC show, a 15-year-old girl said she was raped, but a police investigation found that the acts were consensual, and the girl’s mother ended up pleading guilty to buying alcohol for her daughter and her friends.
