Dave Matthews Band and its new album, Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King, were the subjects of an interesting feature story on “CBS News Sunday Morning” yesterday.

The band members opened up about the death of LeRoi Moore and just how close the band was to breaking up in the four years since its last album, Stand Up. Things got so bad that Dave Matthews even sent a letter to the rest of DMB saying he couldn’t go on with the band anymore.
