Rob Cavallo will hold a backyard BBQ concert featuring Dave Matthews on Aug. 22.

Cavallo, who produced Dave Matthews Band’s Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King, and his wife Kim will host the exclusive concert at their home in Hidden Hills, California. The Kim and Rob Cavallo Backyard BBQ Concert is a fundraiser for the tuition assistance fund at Herschel West Day School, a private elementary school in Agoura, California.

Tickets for the Kim and Rob Cavallo Backyard BBQ Concert with Dave Matthews start at $1,000 for a seat and pre-show dinner and go up to $25,000 for four VIP tickets and a sponsorship deal. They are on sale until Aug. 12 through the concert’s website.
