Two Wrigley Field Dave Matthews Band concerts will take place Sept. 17 and 18 at the historic ballpark in Chicago.

The Wrigley Field DMB concerts have been rumored since February, and the Chicago City Council approved two Wrigley concerts in March, but the official announcement just came out this weekend.

The Wrigley Field DMB concerts will be the final shows of the band’s 2010 North American tour and the last until 2012, because there will be no DMB 2011 tour.

The Warehouse ticket-request period for the Wrigley Field DMB concerts is open until July 12, and tickets go on sale to the general public July 17. Jason Mraz will be the opening act for both Wrigley Field DMB concerts.
