Dave Matthews will perform at an Everglades Foundation event Feb. 17 in Palm Beach, Fla.

That’s the word from Gossip Extra, a South Florida celebrity news site. The Dave Matthews Everglades Foundation benefit will take place at The Breakers, a waterfront resort, and tickets cost $1,000 each. Surfer Kelly Slater and the cast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” will also appear at the Everglades Foundation benefit, according to Gossip Extra.

The Everglades Foundation is a charitable organization based in Palmetto Bay, Fla., whose mission is to restore the Everglades to their natural state.
