Notice anything different? We’ve undergone a facelift that makes the site a lot more lively, filled with more pictures, multimedia and interactive content. From a management perspective, it also gives us a lot more flexibility and ease of use, which means we’ll do less work hand-coding Twitter links and have more time for cool stuff that you care about.

The site migration went a lot smoother than anticipated, but there are still some bumps in the road and major changes that we want you to be aware of:

Site navigation: The biggest change to the site is the new homepage carousel, which displays four top news stories along with pictures and videos. The old site was just a chronological list of posts, but this new design lets us highlight stories based on importance. From a news perspective, it’s great. But from a “I want to know every single thing going on in the world of DMB and I want to know it now!” perspective? Not so much. If you prefer the old blog-style chronological list, fear not. You can access that view by clicking Blog in the main menu at the top of each page, or by going here: http://www.dmbnews.net/dave-matthews-band-news

RSS feeds: The old one should still work — it does for me — but if posts aren’t showing up in your reader, try subscribing to our new Feedburner RSS feed instead: http://feeds.feedburner.com/dmbnewsnet

Broken links: If you had any posts bookmarked, those links should still work. (If you run into any that don’t, please let us know.) But the old links to our pages did not make the same transition. Here are those new links:
