St. Paul, Minnesota will host the River's Edge Music Festival.

Dave Matthews Band and Tool will headline the River’s Edge Music Festival, June 23-24 in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The inaugural River’s Edge Music Festival takes place on Harriet Island in the Mississippi River. Besides DMB and Tool, other acts on the bill include the Flaming Lips, Motion City Soundtrack, Coheed and Cambria and Mutemath. DMB has a concert scheduled June 23 in Noblesville, Indiana, which means the band will headline the festival’s second night.

River’s Edge Music Festival tickets go on sale April 13 and will cost $99 until April 20, when the price will increase. Warehouse members will not be able to request tickets in advance, but a presale for Citi cardholders will begin April 10. The concert will also raise money and awareness for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund.
